After his wife cheated on him, he’s not looking for romance, he’s not looking for commitment, and he’s definitely not looking for love. But you don’t have to be looking for any of those things for them to find you.
And when life gives you a second chance, do you take it or run for cover?
Delaney Diamond has done it again. She has me all in my feelings about Ella and Tyrone. Knowing that Ella finally done with her sorry husband is a good thing. I was starting to worry about her. It was nice to see Oscar and Sylvie again too.
Loving your career and loving your family are great but you also need some type of balance and a break. Watching Ella cope with the break-in, interactions with her ex husband while raising her girls. Her girls are her life but she feels a spark when she meets Tyrone, he’s the guy she shouldn’t be attracted to but for some reason she can’t stay away.
Tyrone has a career in law enforcement and after a horrible marriage he has become a workaholic. But what do you do when you want to start bringing work home with you. Something in Ella’s eyes and voice intrigues Tyrone more and more.
Ella and Tyrone had me wanting to knock both of them out. They spiked my blood pressure. Enjoyed getting to know these two and watching the grow individually and together. I still don’t trust neither of their exes, they are up to something. But they both know that they have lost something that was beneficial for them.
We need a book discussion about this because I have some questions.
